| 100699 | 2002-11-23 00:38:00 | I am trying to erase my swapfile so I can defrag and then recreate a new swapfile that is not fragmented (defrag does not defrag the swapfile). However I get the message "access denied" when trying to delete the file. Any ideas how I can delete this file? Have tried with a dos prompt and also searching and manually removing the file. Win ME. |

BE WARNED low memory systems (eg 32-64meg) may not boot back into normall mode and same applies to those who have large amounts of programs at startup. if that happens boot into safe mode and restore the swapfile. |
