| 100527 | 2002-11-22 04:19:00 | I use outlook express 6. I have had no problems with it until i switched to linux (Madrake 9.0, Highly recommend!). When ever I try to recieve messages through linux there not there. It seems that when outlook downloads messages from my ihug account it deletes the source message. Any way to stop it doing this? | 100528 | 2002-11-22 04:38:00 | There is a setting in Outlook Express that stores a copy of your messages on the server. Can't quite recall where it is and I now use Outlook so I can't look for it sorry. It is in: tools/accounts/properties/advanced I think. Personally I don't see any need to clog up the mail server with my messages. Once downloaded they are on my computer so why keep another? Cheers Billy 8-{) |
