| 100797 | 2002-11-24 02:42:00 | is the any web site i can go to check to see if my cd writer burns or if is bung it is a ricoh mp 7240a and has already been replaced under warranty but both of them, i have never been able to burn anything am using nero 5 and will copy cd but won,t burn and don,t know if it,s me or somethings set up wrong or if its the burner has anyone got any idea,s |

| 100798 | 2002-11-24 02:50:00 | If you can copy a disk then your burner works it is most likely your software or you at fault :-) read the book that came iwht the burner and see if there is any help. when you say wont burn waht do you mean? it makes duds? it errors?? it catches fire?? it burns but the disk wont read back in other computers?? we need more info..... |

| 100801 | 2002-11-24 03:18:00 | You could always download Musicmatch jukebox...... It has a CDburning program that comes with it that's as easy as ABC. As a bonus, its got an excellent mp3 player. Its a free download, and will enable you to teast whether your CDWriter is all hooked up correctly etc. BALDY:-) |

| 100803 | 2002-11-24 07:03:00 | does system properties display error?? can u read a normal cd in the drive?? i assume the door opens when u press a button?? has it ever worked?? Reinstall the software?? take it back to the store and get another model/brand. or go to another store and buy it. |
