100855 2002-11-23 07:19:00 I recently tried installing another 128 SDRAM 133 having just the 1 lot of 128 previously. The orginal ram is by M-Tech & the new one from Dick Smith. I am running ME on a MSI 6330 motherboard. ME just locked up & refused to boot up properly. Seems the new Ram is incompatable or could there be another explanation? Gonzo (2603)
100856 2002-11-23 07:21:00 How did you install it? Did you do it yourself?

100858 2002-11-23 20:17:00 May be coincidence but your not the first person I know who has had problems with that particular brand of ram from DS. Try installing the new stuff and leaving the old original stuff out this will at least tell you if it is a compatibility problem or a fault with the new stuff. Jimbo (441)
100859 2002-11-23 21:19:00 Also make sure the type of RAM is compatible with your motherboard. There are two types of 133 SD RAM, single and double sided. Rod ger (316)
