| 1469454 | 2020-06-09 21:55:00 | So this morning my PC didn't turn on. It is elderly now,But no power...hmm.....PSU? Nah it's not as old as the motherboard. And no symptoms before hand. Although that doesn't necessarily mean anything. So I got on the floor and had a check of the plugs, all of which seemed ok, then remembered the second multi-plug powerboard at side of desk...aha, it was switched off. cat walked on it, I bet.... |

| 1469455 | 2020-06-09 22:10:00 | Yeah good work, it's amazing how often you can miss the obvious in these situations. Like is the power switch on the PSU on and is it turned on at the wall. Especially when you haven't touched it yourself and it was on last time. I have started pulling a PC apart before realising the PSU switch somehow got turned off, I never do that. So these days I tend to start at the wall and work my way towards the PC for power issues. |
