Limited resolution though (640 x 480, some may go higher) Graphics cards can also have a VIVO feature on the higher end ones (Video In Video Out) What are the specs of your PC? I have captured VHS tape to Video file, but it was not very successful on a PIII 667 Mhz / 256 Mb RAM (jerky image, even at 640 x 480 resolution) OK on a P4, 512 Mb of RAM. Be aware that USB connection adds a reasonable amount of overhead again to the process, PCI card less so. |
