| 101058 | 2002-11-24 21:42:00 | I have been using MSN explorer for qute a while now on XP.... Just today a error has come up saying: MSN messenger Service is not installed on this machine. It is a critical part of MSN Explorer and must be repaired before you can use MSN Explorer again. I clicked on the repair MSN now button but it keeps coming up with the update was not completely successful It has i am not connected to the Internet but im Using a Dial-Up Connection which is online!! It has two options... to reinstall from disk(Im using XP so it comes standard with no disk!!) or to go to http://explorer.msn.com. This site has only got MSN8 which costs money per month, i do not really want to pay so does anyone know another site where i could download the old MSN Explorer or anything that could helkp this program along?? | 101064 | 2002-11-28 03:29:00 | Make sure your dial up connection is properly configured.Had a similar prob a while ago,could log onto everything but explorer,had been playing around and changed things i should'nt have. If your on xtra it should be 087 303030.don't know if this is the cureall for ya but hope it helps in someway.b-) | southernman (2481) | ||
