| 101613 | 2002-11-26 09:29:00 | I am trying to use Windows Update. When I click onto scan my computer to find any updates the screen freezes and I have to press ctrl delete to exit. What can I do? Thanks |

| 101614 | 2002-11-26 09:52:00 | I think in the past this has happened to me, it very annoying when something like this takes place. I am unsure what causes it, however a good defragement (spelling) and Scan-Disc would do no harm. May just fix it! I invariably do it when a fault occurs. |
