| 101889 | 2002-11-27 07:17:00 | When using Hot Burn I am now getting failures due to 'a buffer under run occured during the write operation. Error - operation was not successful'. This only occurs with CDR and not CDRW. It happens both with data copy and disc copy. What is wrong and how can I correct it? Hot Burn (now Iomega) do not want to know about it. |

| 101890 | 2002-11-27 08:06:00 | try slowing the burn speed down. cdrw typically is done at a slower speed. otherwise post details on make/model/speed of cd burner, specs of pc, how it is setup. more details the better. has it always done this or has it just suddenly started buffer undering? |

| 101893 | 2002-11-27 22:33:00 | what's the spec of your machine? As you mentioned that it will error out on both data and disc copy . . . Unless you've got an old machine or youv'e set up incorrectly, most HDD can keep up with the burner without any problems . |
