101843 2002-11-27 02:30:00 It's not very nice of them to send a Microsoft Publisher file which needs Publisher to read. :_|

Maybe someone can make a readable file for you, but there's no way for you to, say, fill in a form online, so the company can read it in Publisher.

101844 2002-11-27 02:37:00 You should be able to open the file by selection
"All Word Formats" in the "Files of Type" box in the Open File dialog. Word is supposed to be able to open any Publisher file, if the converters are loaded

101845 2002-11-27 03:34:00 You will need MS Publisher to be able to use the file.
Word will open it but it's just a jumble of all sorts of rubbish!
Hope you know someone with Publisher cos I don't think any other application will open it for you.
Good Luck

101847 2002-11-27 03:46:00 Thread One (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz)

Thread Two (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz)

Both of those threads have links to workarounds to view the file. There isn't a reader built specifically for MS Publisher, so perhaps you would be better to ask them to send it to you in a better format?
