| 102376 | 2002-11-29 06:33:00 | Ok, I have a scanner and a webcam. They conflict. Both usb. I used the webcam and uninstalled the drivers. Problem: It still thinks the drivers are there and the scanner won't work. Webcam model: LEGO Cam (comes up as "Logitech Quickcam 32 Twain" in imaging software Scanner model: Some 2 year old acer. Heeeeeeeeeeeelp! |

| 102379 | 2002-11-29 19:48:00 | Maybe you haven't uninstalled the drivers properly. Try it again and have a manual check thru for associatted files (that are not common files) and run a maintenance and see what happens then. Only thing I can think of but you did ask for it. mark :D c |

| 102380 | 2002-12-02 09:34:00 | What OS are u using? as i also have a acerscan 320.. and I can Not get it to work under XP home...from what ive heard is they have not updated the drivers so that it will work under XP.... and if u have had it working Under XP where did u get the correct drivers? |
