| 102626 | 2002-12-02 08:33:00 | Whenever I try to print anything now, I get the following error message 'Acrod32 has caused an error in KRNL386.EXE'. Acrod32 will now close. Nothing prints. I have checked all printer cable connections and have tried a substitute cable. I have the original printer software loaded, the printer is a Cannon BJC-4000. The ink cartridges are almost new. The computer is an AMD 1000 Gig, 512 M/byte ram and the op sys is Win ME. Any assistance to help rectify the problem please? |

| 102629 | 2002-12-02 18:38:00 | The significance is that the problem is probably with Acrobat rather than with your printer. Do you have the latest version of Acrobat? Maybe you could try reinstalling the program and having another go? | Susan B (19) | ||

| 102631 | 2002-12-03 00:36:00 | HI Tobas.I had trouble with AR,and was advised to reinstall it in safe mode, after trying a few times and still getting the same problem. The safe mode way worked.I had it-AR5-on my hard-drive,so just had to dble click on it in safe mode for it to install. No problems since. :-) |
