| 103214 | 2002-12-04 02:37:00 | For sometime I have been using Real Player reasonably well. However since I have updated the player to Real-One Player it does not show pictures when playing something, which has a video. Example: when I try to watch a news article off Nzoom, instead of playing the pictures, as it should, the screen remains black, but the sound of the article will play fine. Any suggestions will be kindly received? I have tried many sites, and it happens on all. |

| 103216 | 2002-12-04 04:33:00 | Have you chosen the apporiate bandwidth for the NZoom.com video? If you use 56k modem, choose "Low" and if you're on 128k or faster internet like Jetstream/Jetstream Starter, TelstraClear/Paradise.net Cable, WalkerWireless, Ihug Ultra choose "High". Choosing the wrong bitrate will either freeze the screen or give you a blank picture with audio only. Also, have you tried viewing other videos as well as the NZoom.com videos? If you have and it still is blank picture with audio, your graphics card driver may be outdated and you should try updating them. |
