Every time I try to download a document using Acrobat Reader, a little pop-up box appears telling me an internal error occurred. If I click on OK, it still won't go away, it keeps popping up and the only way to get rid of it is to close the box. That's not the main problem though - I'd like to know why it is happening and how I can open these documents again. It says that it is downloading from the site, but then it says it is done but nothing opens. Any advice? |

Perhaps the docs you are downloading require a new version of Acrobat Reader. Try downloading / installing Acrobat Reader 5.x |

Although I'm a believer in "don't fix until broken", it is probably time you updated your Acrobat Reader. It's free, so cost is not a problem. ;-) Upgrading will probbaly be better than a reload of AR3, because it could well fix the problem. :D |

Thanks guys, I thought that may be the problem but the day I tried to download a newer version was the day "that page was unavailable' - of course! Glad it's not terminal - Babe Ruth still hasn't solved my flashing orange bars when trying to 'save-as' problem! |
