| 103086 | 2002-12-03 18:09:00 | When I start my WinMe it displays a message "Windows could not upgrade the file % from %2 %1:%2 Windows could not upgrade one or more system files before starting. Windows may not start or run properly." When I press any key to continue it loads OK but I then get a pop-up message "The MSIEXEC.EXE file is linked to missing export MSI.DLL:222" I'm trying to install my new Norton Internet Security 2003 but can't get further than this error message ... please help? |

| 103087 | 2002-12-03 18:43:00 | This message means that the Windows Installer on your machine has become corrupted in some way. There is either a missing file, or the existence of incompatible versions of files. To fix the problem download the latest version of the Microsoft Installer for ME at: download.microsoft.com |
