| 103060 | 2002-12-03 09:35:00 | I know there were problems with the site over the weekend. I tried to reset my password not realising that it was a site problem at the time. Tonight I thought that I wasn't going to be able to use either password logging in. I had Welcome Pauline & then told I was using the wrong token number. Got there in the end though. Pauline. |

| 103061 | 2002-12-03 10:26:00 | I went further than that. Reformatted the hard drive and reloaded all software. That was over the weekend though. NOW I am getting Runtime errors on Java.... :-) |

| 103062 | 2002-12-03 10:58:00 | Hi... Had the same problem...I was told had the wrong password...so had to reset about 3 times for a password that I knew was correct. But finally got in, after much worry. So don't feel alone... Cheers... |
