| 103595 | 2002-12-05 09:41:00 | Hi people, Just recieved an e-mail from my mother inlaw as follows: How can I close Word Processor and Database. I can't open them because it comes up with already opened and then C:\MSWORKS\wkstmpl\TMPL825.ps and C:\MSWORKS\WKSTMPL\TMPL817.db and Retry and Cancel but retry doesn't work. Don't know where to go from here. Thanks in anticipation, Mum OK from memory shes running: windows 98 Anyone fiqure out whats going on, tried to tell her not to play with Data bases, hell I have enough trouble, at 999 years old what does that make her. :D cheers merlin-nz ;-) |

| 103596 | 2002-12-05 09:59:00 | Shut down computer. If it comes up with an error message saying it can't cause files are open - close them using <ctrl><alt><del>. Restart computer and try again. |
