| 103345 | 2002-12-05 01:32:00 | The Help files on Illustrator 10 won't open and give an error message about not being able to find the web browser. The same computer has no problem with the Help files on Photo Shop. The files can be opened directly by double clicking from the Illustrator Help folder. Win XP and P4 system. TIA for any advice |

| 103346 | 2002-12-05 06:36:00 | Sorry if this offends you but I have to ask.... Is this a legit version of Illustrator 10 or has it been downloaded off the net? I only ask because I recently had a play of Adobe Illustrator 10 on a friends computer that he had downloaded off the net and I had the same problem. |

| 103347 | 2002-12-06 08:34:00 | well if you have the legitamate copy then you need to reinstall and choose a custom install and then install the help files. From google it said they are not installed in the typical setup but i could be wrong as I don't have the software myself. | XOtagoScarfie (1619) | ||
