I inadvertently selected the option to use a 'single sign-on' for all users during the installation of Windows XP Pro (actually it was in Win21k prior to upgradint to XP). I wish to use the Welcome Screen for the family but the previous setting over-rides each login. Please help me find where to turn this annoying feature off ! many thanks. |

Don't underestimate the usefulness of the Help system in XP. Go there and type in "welcome screen" for the info you need. |

Welcome screen is already turned on but the auto sign-on as Administrator over-rides it. Thanks anyway. Help didn't show much on solving this. |

I have now also checked the Local Security Policies but no luck. There is an "allow automatic Administrative logon" but this is already disabled. |
