| 103889 | 2002-12-07 00:20:00 | When i go to help and support from the start menu and go to windows update i get the message undefined with the xtra icon beside it and when i click it .it says to create a connection to the internet i,m already connected but it keeps coming up with this ?? so i can't check if anything needs updating.. winxp ?:| |

| 103891 | 2002-12-07 05:13:00 | tried ist suggestion still the same.. tried other one comes up with windows update error after checking for updates for 30 odd seconds..last weekend i reinstalled windows to fix a add remove problem i had which was fixed maybe that done something to it ???? thanks for the help | johnboy (217) | ||
