| 104314 | 2002-12-08 23:15:00 | Download Virtual Dub (http://www.virtualdub.org/). It's an excellent GPL video processor that can do exactly what you ask. Basically, you can select a length of the video and save it to a new file. If you can't figure it out from looking at the file, let me know and I'll have a go at it when I get home. |
