| 104239 | 2002-12-08 06:02:00 | Several programmes I wish to delete through the add/remove section of the control panel result in the following message: Setup is unable to find _SETUP.DLL, which is needed to complete the installation Error 103. What does this mean and any ideas on how to rectify this. |

Or to extract the dll from. If they were downloaded from non-original sites, you may not even have the setup.dll. In this case look on the web page of the program maker to see if the file is available. |
