104125	2002-12-08 04:12:00	Had a not so good one today. I am a beta tester for some software. I forgot to enter the serial number they gave me and went to un-install the software to start again. I rebooted and I got a 800x600 4 bit color screen. Nothing I could do would get my original screen back until I choose the F8 option on reboot and went with the Use Last Known Good Configuration. This got it back. Well being a tiger for punishment I thought I better check it out and see if it was a bug so I un-installed the software again. And yep you guessed it. Back to those crappy colors and size. Only this time the last known good config was the same screen stuff. After 3 hours of trying to get the registry fixed and then thinking I would have to resort to a backup made last month I decided to reinstall the video drivers and blow me down with a fluffy feather I got all my screen modes back. I good end to a horrible day in which I also tore my calf muscle while at work at 2am this morning.	Big John (551)
