1298359 2012-09-02 07:45:00 A good job of moving and finishing the wall, Pctek. Sad that the silver beet looks like it may not make it though? WalOne (4202)

I dunno, it's pretty hard to kill, it's just a bit upset about being ripped out. Doesn't matter, there's loads of the stuff all over - it's a bit of a weed...just didn't want it looking too empty until I can start the spring planting...

I picked 4 strawberries today too.....

1298361 2012-09-02 11:21:00 That looks pretty couth.
Any of those strawberries you picked manage to get a place at the TAB? Strawberries at this time of year should pay pretty good odds.

1298363 2012-09-03 00:28:00 We got a strawberry plant a month ago ... yet to fruit.
I know someone who lives in Bay of Plenty, has fruited tomatoes outside. He had them in his living room for some months though.

If it is it's pretty cool.

1298365 2012-09-03 01:09:00 It looks good. There's nothing like a couple of days of sunshine to get some of us enthused about our gardens.

Let's hope Summer this year is a lot better than the last one.
