Personally, I'd just get more (good quality) cards for the camera. Then you still have a problem if you lose the cards. Need a backup somewhere! |

If the OP may not have a computer then ....... and if he/she did, it would be faster to go thru USB. For me it's either wing it, like in the film days, some SLRs have dual memory card slots too which you can set it to mirror mode so you have a instant backup. Internet cafes yes but may have a risk of viruses .... Or get one of those HD devices ..... or a 7" tablet or something if USB works ... |

In this case a cheap netbook with a hard drive would have more storage and usability and be cheaper than a good tablet. Tablets are great but they don't do everything better. I had an asus netbook that cost about $300 that would have been perfect for that application, only a single core celeron with 1GB of RAM running windows XP but it had a 160GB hard drive and could relatively easily be upgraded to a larger one. Show me a $300 tablet with 160GB of storage and a full size USB host connector. | dugimodo (138)

Least they are smaller than netbooks/laptops. May need to use USB adaptors ... for the tablet. I'll get a portable HDD without LCD myself or just wing it ... | Nomad (952)
