So if a xml site map you could try ImportXml using Xpath with Google Docs to pull of url's, page info - daily changes, dates, (attributes, elements) etc, from a sitemap into the spreadsheet. Description here. (seogadget.com) But need to do bit of (simple)coding, but tutorials, (www.distilled.net) mainly by coding SEO's/Marketers are about.
