104411	2002-12-09 05:42:00	My sisters computer gets a mark on its mouse cursor and two lines running through its screen and a smudge like patch on pages she is viewing it only seems to happen when she is on the internet and only sometimes.I have scanned the system for viruses and done all sorts of system checks as well as take out explorer and reloaded a new version v6 and it still happens.Her system is running 98se and has a enough memory.it has us all puzzelled/maybe someone out there can assist.Thanks James the mark vanishes instantly the close down button is pressed on the close down dialog box it will not go away when a page is refreshed.	kings (2729)
104412	2002-12-09 06:29:00	Can you describe it a little more? Remember we cannot see it. What does the "mark" on the cursor look like? The 2 lines "running through the screen", are they across or up and down? Do they extend to the screen edges? How wide is each line? Are they always in the same place? Do they follow the mouse? The "smudge" Is it always in the same place? Is it a colour? Is it round, square or ..? Under control panel - mouse - pointer options - what happens if you select another pointer?	godfather (25)
