| 104763 | 2002-12-10 05:15:00 | How do you convert datafiles created using MS Works to be used by MS Excell | cecil (2741) | ||
| 104764 | 2002-12-10 05:33:00 | If you want to use worksheets created in MS Works Spreadsheet (they have the extension .xlr), try opening one up in Works and then go "save as" and then under "select save as type" use the drop down arrow and select "Excel 97-2000" which has the extension of .xls. I hope this is what you were meaning :-) Jen |

Insert Office disk now" Insert disk and away it goes. Then the file will open. Note this may not work if you are running the latest version of Works and an earlier version of Excel. (Convertors can only be made for something that already exists, not something that may or may not exist in the future). |
