105394 2002-12-12 08:23:00 why is it that when I send emails to one particular person the following day they always get returned to me. I don't have any problems with anyone else?? Mandy Fisher (2108)
105395 2002-12-12 08:26:00 You have a spelling mistake in their address. Contact them off-line and confirm the address letter by letter. Heather P (163)
105396 2002-12-12 08:39:00 If your emails are not being returned until the next day, it could be that they are using a product such as Mailwasher and your email address is being accidently "bounced" by them. Jen C (20)
105397 2002-12-12 09:12:00 Look carefully at the returned mail message, it tells you why it was returned and the address it was trying to deliver to.
Check this for any mistakes.

105398 2002-12-12 10:57:00 Are you using Incredimail as it tends to send attachments because of the eye candy and so gets rejected by some. mikebartnz (21)
105399 2002-12-12 20:23:00 when they get returned, they come as a reply to me from the person i have sent it to and to me. They come back as a normal email to me. Mandy Fisher (2108)
105400 2002-12-12 20:34:00 It's possible that they have been tinkering with their message rules (in Outlook Express these can be found at Tools, Message Rules).

Suggestion would be to send them an email saying "Checking this connection, please reply saying you got it else you're off my Christmas card list" (or words to that effect - a recent one to my brother was "Please tell me if you don't get this" - that got a fast response)

If they reply you can then ask if they have tampered with message rules or if they have some automated reply system set up. If they don't then assume they have an error in their address and try to find their correct address.
