| 105366 | 2002-12-12 06:57:00 | strange this one...an XP Office pc when printing through network neighborhood and through win 98 gets mice for its bullets instead of ticks... this annoys the teachers as they then have to log off and move to a win 98 which does it fine.. both win 98 and XP Professional pcs are using XP office as dished out to all schools Any ideas appreciated thanks paul |

| 105367 | 2002-12-12 07:51:00 | Its more likely to be the printer driver than the PC. Check they all have the same version of driver, and set up the same. Often its something simple like some PCs using a PCL version of the driver and others not. Download the newest drivers for the printer. Its likely the XP drivers are not a good match, or simply not the right version for your printer? |
