| 105482 | 2002-12-12 17:47:00 | Hey I would reccomend getting hold of a magazine CD (IE: PCWorld, PCAuthority, etc) that has IE 6 on their cover disc, and then go into: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs Find Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Tools (or something like that) Click Add/Remove > Click add a component Follow the screens through and when it says what you want to install click MS Virtual Machine (Might be under Custom install) and then tell it to use the files off the CD as the installation files to resave downloading them As for Windows Updates - they should be stored in the "C:\Window\Windows Updates Setup Folder" CyberChuck |
