Bubnchs are WP application specific and seem to infest spell checkers only, though they do occasionally migrate to users causing temporary pre-post amnesia. Although embarrassing, they are quite benign. Greebnchs are a more serious concern but infections are usually very localised and cross-infection only occurs if you wantonly share the intimate recesses of your hard drive with other less careful users. Your lovely new computer being a neophyte at this stage, I am quite sure you will protect it carefully until it is old enough to have mind of its own, after which it won't take a blind bit of notice no matter what you do.
