105534 2002-12-12 20:48:00 Has anyone come across the following when logging onto an Xp machine?

"Snapshot Scheduler Wizard has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience."

"If you were in the middle of something,the information you were working on might be lost".

After another few lines there are 2 options to select "Send Error Report" and "Don't Send".

So you click don't send and it goes away. It is annoying. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

105536 2002-12-13 08:42:00 I have had a somewhat similar message about 4 times since I have had this xp pc-about 2months. I always tell them to send the error report and a chart comes up offering me details of the error but its all gbbbley gook to me but they say its to let microsoft Know about these problems that they send the report.
Unfortunately they never send a message back saying they've fixed the problem- but maybe thats what all those automatic updates are about. Prue

105537 2002-12-13 22:11:00 Blair, Further to Jen C's comment ... send the report... if you have/had Config Safe there is a patch for Windows XP to fix the problem.
