| 105498 | 2002-12-12 17:38:00 | Hey Sorry - last I knew Windows booted up its components (Explorer.exe, etc) first and then the programs were on a first installed first booted basis :D Maybe you should email Microsoft and tell them to include a feature like that in Longhorn??? - under MSConfig preferably.. You could however disable all startup processes and use a program like BatchRun (search on PF1 and PCWorld websites - there's an article on it) to manage all your startup programs instead :) CyberChuck |
