106874 2002-12-17 09:19:00 we took some photos today with a digital camera and have them on a floppy disc. I printed some out on photo paper but am not happy with the colour quality. I want to frame some for Chrissy presents, is it possible to take the floppy disc into maybe the Warehouse Stationery Shop or somewhere and get them to print them better? Mandy Fisher (2108)
106875 2002-12-17 10:16:00 Hi. It probably is a result of some or all your settings, paper, camera, image programme etc. If you like, email me one and I'll see if I can manipulate it into better colour as a test. Or take the disc into most photo development stores where they'll easy (and expensively I bet) enhance them for you. Greg S (201)
106876 2002-12-17 10:23:00 Yes, Mandy. That is a good option. Not sure if it is available from Warehouse Stationery.
I've had some done at a Fujifilm minilab with excellent results.

Another option is at online labs such as:

Have a look at that site for information & pricing. You can email them the files for printing.

Having said that, the result will depend on the resolution of your image from the camera. There's a guide on that site for recommended resolutions for the various print sizes. It is best if you have printing in mind, to use the highest resolution your camera provides.

106877 2002-12-17 10:25:00 Hi Mandy
I emailed my photo images in JPG format to Jumbo Prints in Christchurch who print them out and send them to your nearest pharmacy to be picked up and paid for. They turn out like real photographs and cost $2.95 each.
