106870 2002-12-17 18:22:00 Hey

Maybe your lens has got dusty? - buy a CD Lens cleaner from somewhere (DSE have them), and even if it doesn't fix your problem at least you have a lens cleaner for all your CD devices

Otherwise, it could be a loose connection between your computer and the CDROM drive? Check that out to

If all else fails you could take it back under warraunty and get a new one?

106871 2002-12-17 19:34:00 Are we talking about one specific disk or all disks going in the drive? If it is only one or two CDs then the CDs may be dirty and cleaning the CDs might help. Susan B (19)
106872 2002-12-17 20:08:00 sorry i should have said it doe'nt matter if they are ones i've made or brought ones they just won't showup .. i've used a cd cleaner disk still the same.. thanks johnboy (217)
106873 2002-12-17 20:23:00 Contact the place where you bought the drive from and discuss it with them. If they can't offer you a solution then it's time for a repair/replacement. Susan B (19)
