| 107394 | 2002-12-18 23:04:00 | Ive just got a little world sitting in my system tray (As it does when updates are available) and it says this: 810649: Critical Update This update contains several fixes to Windows components to better support default Web browsers other than Internet Explorer, as described in Microsoft Knowldge Base (KB) Article 810649. Download now to improve the interaction of certain Windows Components with default web browsers other than Internet Explorer. What's this all about? Does anybody know what it might do to my system. I'm quite content with Phoenix at the moment and dont know what it might do to try and switch me back, even though it says otherwise. Should I be scared or am I over-reacting and should just download it. Why is it a "Critical Update" if it just improves interaction of windows components with other web-browsers. That just sounds dodgy. Thanks Chilling_Silence |
