| 108061 | 2002-12-21 22:10:00 | Hi all Have had a quick look thru previous posts to see if there is an quick and easy was to copy file lists to a spread sheet or similar so they can be sorted etc. The only way still seems to be via the DOS Prompt. Throught MS would have thourght of that one by now and stuck it in as part of XP (home ed, which I'm using). Anyone have another way to do this. Cheers Craig. |

| 108062 | 2002-12-21 22:57:00 | Hey There's a few programs out there that do this sort of thing. The first one that I found was Print Folder (www.bbhservices.com) by BBH-Services. It installs itself into the shell for your computer so you can just right click on a folder and it will print out a directory listing for you Otherwise, you could get the DOS version of it to write it all to a text file??
