| 108002 | 2002-12-22 18:47:00 | But only if you want to see their head explode:O They do try, but you could write a book about their howlers: Computer Gems.......Overheard at the Checkout For DSE substitute any chainstore dealing with technology and you could be entertained for hours. I'm not knocking them though, the staff are usually keen and helpful, its just their training that's lacking and I wouldn't be surprised if they have to attend that in their own time. My only gripe comes when they don't accept that you might know more than they on some aspect or other and insist on pushing the sales line.
