| 1325081 | 2013-01-27 02:00:00 | I am a Smart Phone newbie. I just switched on my Vodafone Smart II and all my Contacts and Email setups have disappeared. Any suggestions why this might have happened. Battery is still showing half full. I did have it on auto backup but notice that is unticked also. I guess I will have to start all over again. I have all my Contacts on another cellphone which has a different number. Perhaps that will help?. (I meant to put this in the Chat forum) |

Then they're backed up in the cloud, you have a copy on your phone automatically, & you can back them up from either place to somewhere else for goood measure. But for your current problem: assuming you stored them in phone memory, do you have the phone contacts enabled in your address book? You can usually choose between the various locations (SIM, phone, Google, Exchange) to show in your Contacts. |
