Blake :)

I think you have the wrong post, the link I posted is regarding AMD drivers and the issues they have with 7xxx series 12mths after release.....AMD make great GPUs however their driver team is rubbish!

Figured the RAM could easily be upgraded to 8GB in the future, the motherboard is cheap (Won't get max SSD speeds but still pretty decent), the PSU allows a bit of wiggle room on GPU upgrades in the future. Not going to need to ever upgrade the CPU, so you can keep that same CPU / Mobo combo for a while yet to come. HDD for filling up with all the mass-storage that doesn't fit on the SSD. Decent sized monitor for the budget while still being full HD. Not a bad keyboard, but not super, and the mouse is awesome but just use it with a cable.

1324509 2013-01-23 23:17:00 Here you are, if I have %1500, this is what Id go for....I havent included O/S, or keyboard mice etc, most already have that and you did say monitor doesnt need to be included..
So, 4 core i5, non k with asrock, you can get this running at 4ghz with one click on stock cooler.

Mine was made on pbtech.co.nz, all using retail pricing (If you sign up for an account you'll get it marginally cheaper still)
