I got mine running as a file-server (for now) with 4x USB HDD's, but it dies semi-regularly (Every few days). Power supply is more than ample for the base system, so I wonder if it's the extra power the HDD's are drawing, might get a powered hub for it.

I do :D. Haven't had much of a chance to play with it yet though.
It will be used as a media player running XBMC-PVR connecting to my Mediaportal TVServer (with the XBMC-PVR plugin)

Yes I will as we only satellite freeview and that's MPEG2.
