| 108260 | 2002-12-22 08:26:00 | I have Norton SystemWorks 2003 Professional edition, part of that package includes Norton Ghost. I have noticed that a program called Ghoststartservice runs most of the time in the background. I cannot find out what this program is doing, so I am reluctant to disable it in case I cripple something important. I have searched through Symantec support site and cannot find any useful information. Does any one here know what this program does? Thanks in advance Jen :-) |

| 108262 | 2002-12-22 08:39:00 | I have used Ghost to create an image onto CD's, but I didn't think that it needed to run most of the time in the background. Perhaps it is monitoring something? ?:| |
