| 109278 | 2002-12-27 10:11:00 | I have a Justlink CDR which was installed on a computer running NT4, Everything was working fine until someone upgraded Nero 5 then the writer wouldn't write, it kept coming up with the message "medium Speed Error Burn process Failed at 12X (1800KB/s)" I uninstalled the software and reinstalled a couple of times but no luck. Today I tried to install the writer and the original Nero software on a different machine running W2K. I also installed a 2nd HDD at the same time. I now have 2 HDD both as masters on seperate channels and the CDs are both configured as slaves. However the problem now is that the first time I tried to burn a CD it still came up with the same message and now to cap it off neither cd will read a disc when it is put in. I seem to be getting worse instead of better, any help will be appreciated. Jacc |
