110204 2002-12-31 21:25:00 anyone who has nVidia cards, go to www.earthviewer.com

it's this cool little program that downloads satellite images from a server and you can zoom in on a 3d globe, and explore pretty much the whole world. quite a few cities are done in high-res also, so you can zoom in and look at cars and buildings and stuff :D it's very cool, check it out.

110207 2003-01-02 22:08:00 Get me all excited.......thinking I could actually use my TNT2 for something usefull. You have to have a GF2 or higher, but they only tell you that after you have downloaded it and start the setup... promethius (1998)
110208 2003-01-03 01:04:00 I was sure the system requirements were on the site.

The problem I find is the amount of downloading for the pictures.

110209 2003-01-03 01:12:00 The Dunedin City Council has a site where you can look into peoples back yards, via overhead photography. I noticed that there are not too many backyard swimming pools in Dunedin!
