110579 2003-01-02 12:20:00 Just curious, has anyone run Dreamweaver (epecially 6.0 (MX)) or Office 10 (XP) in a Linux enviroment (using Wine). I know vairous versions of office can be run using crossover office... Unfortunatley you have to buy it :_|

Also does the defalu install of RedHat8 include Wine?? Wine was included in RedHat 7.3, but I cant seems to find it in 8.0:o?:|

Cheers

110580 2003-01-02 12:39:00 Wine is not included in the default RH8.0. It is however on the CD and is simply a RPM install. I'm not sure which CD you'll just have to check all the RPMS on the CDs and install it. Kame (312)

Thanks for that, I will have a look at my RH8 CD's later this morning, although it does seem odd that it would not be a default install option, and that it is absent from the fancy new installer/uninstaller in RH8.
