110418 2003-01-02 00:04:00 When I got service pack 1 for Internet Explorer 6 the paste function disappeared. Nothing is listed under help.

How do I copy part of one e-mail and paste it into another e-mail?

Thanks in advance for a quick reply

110419 2003-01-02 00:14:00 Do you mean the Paste Icon from the Internet Explorer bar ?

You might be able to restore the Paste option on the Internet Explorer bar by clicking your mouse in a blank grey area to the right of the various icons such as the print etc and look for the option Customize, if that is available click that and you can add or remove the various icons that you want to use and then click Close and all things being equal it should reset to what you have picked.

As for copy and paste from one email to another email.....

Place your mouse at the beginning of the text you want to copy, hold down the left click, drag across and down to the end of the text you want to copy, move your mouse into the high lighted area and right click once and select Copy, open your new message and in the body place your mouse and and right click once and click Paste.

110420 2003-01-02 00:17:00 I don't have IE 6, but can't you do it manually?

Left click > highlight what you want to copy > Right click copy > ctrl paste.

There is also a function to select all.
