| 110912 | 2003-01-04 02:21:00 | When I open any file in Word 2000, a message appears on the bottom left hand side of the screen saying "Requesting Virus Scan". This seems to make opening files a lot slower than I think it should. Is there a remedy please? | Alison (2911) | ||
| 110913 | 2003-01-04 02:28:00 | I will assume that you are using Nortons Antivirus software. To turn off the Office document scanning option, go into Nortons Antivirus options, click under Other > Miscellaneous and remove the tick beside Enable Office Plug-in. Jen |
