| 110815 | 2003-01-03 19:53:00 | I have a problem when starting w98, it starts multiple dial upp boxes (15) and then an error messages occurs. I have tired running NAV to find a virus or torjan or the like but it crashes - well has a windows blue screen error message part of the way through - does anyone have any suggestions ? many thanks D |

| 110816 | 2003-01-03 20:18:00 | yes most likely a trojan from spyware, of which nav wouldn't pick up. Download http://www.lavasoft.de i think thats the link for ad-aware. Also goto your run command. Type in msconfig. goto the startup tab. In here will be the culprit that is loading at startup. If you don't know what to disable in this list. Copy and paste the list here, and we can tell you which ones you should have and whcih ones you shouldnt |
