111359 2003-01-05 23:48:00 I cannot open a saved attachment as it says: "The service profile is damaged. Re-install the service profile".
I haven't got a clue how to do this.
Can anybody help me pleae.

Personally I've never heard of that error message so details of programs being used would be very helpful. You could also try a Google search on the error message and that might bring up something helpful.
