| 111359 | 2003-01-05 23:48:00 | I cannot open a saved attachment as it says: "The service profile is damaged. Re-install the service profile". I haven't got a clue how to do this. Can anybody help me pleae. Many thanks!!! |

Personally I've never heard of that error message so details of programs being used would be very helpful.
